Born in Switzerland, BANQERO rums are the fruit of the marriage of Cuban sugar cane and ancestral Swiss distilling know-how.

The story of a friendship On July 14, 2003, Yann and Arnaud met while serving in Thun.

How it all began After many years of accumulated knowledge, our know-how is just waiting to be put into practice.

The project gets off to a flying start Our first objective is to partner with a "distiller-mentor" who can coach us in our adventure.

The raw material Our 2nd objective is proving more difficult to achieve. We're looking for top-quality sugarcane molasses.

Our first Rum from the still The big day arrived: on June 6, under Alex's guidance, we distilled our rum.

BANQERO We've been looking for a name for our rum for several months now. It's been a long and arduous process!

AND WHAT IF WE PRODUCED ARRANGED RUMS? For several months now, Yann and Arnaud have been working on a parallel project: offering arranged rums in Switzerland all year round (currently unobtainable).

BANQERO and Morand join forces to bring you Pink, the new king of SPRITZ After many months of development, we are proud and happy to announce that, in partnership with the Louis Morand distillery in Martigny, we have developed a rum-based aperitif for cocktails and, more specifically, Spritz.
