Costa cigars

The history of Costa cigars
As tobacco is an allotropic product, it acquires the taste and smell of the place where it is processed. TABACOSTA has integrated Cuban techniques to improve and add value to the tobacco leaves after a process of about 3 months, so our raw material "tobacco" acquires a high quality among the best in the world.
Our cigars are made the "entubao" way, by folding the leaves in such a way as to create air passages, ensuring that each puff contains all the tobacco aromas. The heart of the cigar is a blend of three types of leaf.
Once our cigars have been made, they are placed in a cooling cabinet called a ESCAPARATEin which cigars are kept for three months after rolling. The strictest humidity conditions (69% relative humidity) and temperature (20°C) are monitored in the ESCAPARATE, entirely covered in cedar wood.
