Hoyo de Monterrey Línea Clásica

Founded in Havana in 1865 by José Gener, Hoyo de Monterrey quickly made a name for itself thanks to the finesse and complexity of its cigars. The Línea Clásica, created in the 1970s, brings together the original formats that built the brand's reputation among connoisseurs seeking more delicate experiences. Vitolas such as the Little Robusto, the Corona Major and the Epicure No. 1 are distinguished by their iconic green and white rings, symbols of a medium-light style combining flexibility and elegance.

The Línea Clásica blend is based on a light-colored Habano-seed wrapper from San Juan y Martínez, combined with a sub-cape and tripa composed mainly of Viso and Ligero leaves selected from the Vuelta Abajo region. Aged for a minimum of 24 months, these leaves release subtle aromas of cedar, honey and dried flowers, punctuated by a hint of white pepper. Combustion, perfectly mastered thanks to entirely manual rolling, offers a silky draught and a gentle aromatic progression, ideal for accompanying green tea or a light white wine.
