The making of whisky, or «eau de vie», is the fruit of several millennia of constant improvement. Handed down from father to son and master to apprentice, this artisanal know-how has forged the single malt as we know it today. In doing so, each generation has had to remain open to innovation in order to keep pace with the times. Seven Seals« partners have also had the good fortune to meet such masters in the course of their lives. The knowledge they have acquired has enabled them to take the next step in developing and perfecting whisky-making. »Time doesn't matter«: for us, time is by no means the most important aspect of maturation. »Taste matters.

The Seven Seals Formula

After two years of intensive development work, the goal has been achieved: it is with great pride that we present to the world's connoisseurs the first single malts created using the Seven Seals process:
