Born in the heart of the Tottori prefecture, Matsui whiskies are the authentic expression of Japanese know-how, brought to life by the Kurayoshi distillery. Nestled in an unspoilt environment between sea and mountains, the distillery benefits from unique climatic conditions, where sharp seasonal temperature swings subtly influence the ageing of its whiskies.

Each expression ages for at least three years, developing a refined aromatic palette with the passing seasons. Once matured, Matsui whiskies are gently reduced with pure, crystal-clear spring water drawn from the foot of Mount Daisen - renowned for its exceptional purity.
