Whisky Glenfarclas
Whisky Glenfarclas

An independent distillery since the 19th century, Glenfarclas can boast of producing a traditional single malt. As proof, it has kept the same types of stills since 1836 and prefers to age its single malt mainly in sherry casks ten times more expensive than their American counterparts, and requires no less than thirteen people to operate. The 52,000 casks are handled by hand alone. A perfect illustration of this richness are the Family Casks, featuring 43 successive vintages from 1952 to 1994 and bottled barrel by barrel at the natural degree.
