Chapter 7, inspired by Shakespeare's Seven Ages of Man, symbolizes the different stages of whisky maturation. Its original design, a blend of literature and signage, features a unique, evocative typography.

Launched in 2014 by Selim out of a passion for discovery, the project took on a new dimension in 2019 with Sebastian, giving birth to new editions and a bottling facility in Glasgow. Chapter 7 is an independent bottler that selects rare, unique and non-reproducible whiskies and rums.
