Just a stone's throw from Sarlat, on the road to Lascaux, Distillerie Salamandre perpetuates a family tradition that began in the 1960s. Raymond Gatinel swapped his fields for the fruits of the Dordogne to extract eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and artisanal delicacies. Today, his son Jacques and his sisters continue to bring life to this house where the scents of plum, pear and other local treasures intertwine with history.
