L'Humidor Guayasamín II represents a work of art in itself.
In 1996, Habanos SA created its first exceptional cigar cellar, celebrating the friendship between Ecuadorian artist Oswaldo Guayasami and Fidèle Castro, and the 30th anniversary of the company's founding.e anniversary of Cohiba.
Ten years later, Habanos sa and the Guayasamin Foundation undertook the production of this second model, taken directly from a sculpted work by the artist, depicting a voluptuous woman. Like the first edition, this work was produced in a very limited number of copies.
The cigar cabinet is made of solid equatorial cedar. The metalwork is brass, designed by the artist himself, by hand. The artwork on the top of the humidor is covered with 24-carat gold powder.
Only 50 examples of this humidor exist worldwide.
The rarity of this humidor worldwide, its storied design and Guayasami's disappearance make it all the more precious.
The humidor does not contain cigars.
