Description
The Smoking Jacket Imperial is a Robusto 150 mm long and 21 mm in diameter (ring 52). This cigar uses a Dominican wrapper Cotuía leaf that Kelner described as a "family reserve tobacco" grown by his sister, Monika Kelneron his family farm and destined exclusively for the Kelner.
The tripe is composed of 60 % of Dominican tobacco, 20 % of Nicaraguan tobacco and 20 % of American broadleaf tobacco. The cape is a Cotuí 9-year-old Dominican. The sub-cape is Bonao, which adds a little spice. This is a medium-bodied smoke, very well balanced with pleasant sweet notes. Mild à medium.
This cigar will require a 45 to 60-minute break to savour properly.
