The cigar Matilde Serena Corona (20) is part of the "Serena" range, undoubtedly Matilde's mildest cigars.
Matilde cigars from the Serena range were rated 91/100 by Cigar Aficionado.
Composed of a lovely Dominican and Nicaraguan blend, it is held in an exclusively Dominican wrapper. The light golden connecticut wrapper is a light tobacco leaf grown in Ecuador.
The cigar Matilde Serena Corona (20) is characterized by its great tenderness. Among the predominant aromas present, we'll remember above all the sweet, creamy notes: from the very first puff, a fine caramelized coating coats the palate. Notes of walnut, hay, woody flavors and coffee round out this sweetness as the tasting progresses.

Founded in 1876, Matilde was one of the first tobacco companies in the Dominican Republic. It was relaunched by the Seijas family in 2014.
