Description
The Macanudo Connecticut Ascot is a perfectly balanced, mild cigarillo. It is simple and spoils the smoker with fine chocolate and coffee aromas. The smooth, creamy smoke harmonizes with this. A very good cigarillo for beginners and experienced smokers alike.
This Connecticut Ascot Macanudo with Short Panatela module measures 105 mm long by 13 mm in diameter (ring 32) and will take about 25 minutes to taste properly.
Macanudo's origins date back to the 19th century, when many Cubans emigrated to Jamaica. Around 1940, Macanudo was first used as a format name, and the brand really took off in 1968 following its sale to General Cigar. In the 1990s, production was relocated from Jamaica to the Dominican Republic.
Macanudo has been the best-selling brand in the United States for the past 20 years.
