Description
La Galera Connecticut Bonchero is initially dominated by creamy notes of almond, cedar, cocoa, coffee and earth, accompanied by a floral sweetness. The sweetness intensifies and recalls chocolate as it is consumed. Aromas of earthy leather take hold. In the second half, almond, chocolate, coffee and citrus become more dominant without affecting the fine balance.
