The Padrón family has created quite a tradition, creating a new Padrón family reserve each year to commemorate the company's history.

Padron Family Reserve 45 Years was our cigar of the year 2009 - This is the natural version of the same cigar. It has the same dimensions, but its lighter wrapper gives the cigar a different flavor. Whereas the maduro relies on consistent, resonant flavors of coffee, cocoa and spices that saturate the palate, natural is a little softer, with cocoa bean and earthy flavors on the palate. The cigar is well-balanced and exceptionally tasty.

It's impossible to overstate the Padrón family's success, and they're in our Top 25. the only factory to have won the cigar of the year three times and the Padrons have never failed to have a cigar in our top five. It's an impressive demonstration of consistency that no other company can claim.
