Le Balmoral Añejo XO Gordito is beautifully crafted and ample, with the start-up playing around deep woody notes. Then, the first third quickly gets underway with an excellent volume of smoke and notes, quickly become more organic, complex and flavorful. The second third continues along the same path, with good power. The length on the palate is increasingly intense, with toasty flavors enriching the organic ambience (damp earth and ooze). The final third gains slightly in power, but the whole never breaks down. A hint of green coffee is welcome. A perfectly crafted and mastered vitola, with remarkable aromatic persistence.

Le Balmoral Añejo XO Gordito offers a mid-range smoke experience with aromas of cedar wood, cocoa, spices and a touch of sweetness. It is the result of a meticulous blending process with exceptionally ripe tobaccos, which gives this cigar a first-class round character.
