Visit Plasencia Year of the Horse 2026, also known as El Año del Caballo, is the sixth in Plasencia's prestigious Chinese Zodiac series, paying homage to the emblematic Gansu Flying Horse. This limited-edition cigar, presented in a lacquered red box adorned with gold details and sculpted braids, embodies freedom, movement and noble ambition. It reveals a bold, complex aromatic palette, marked by notes of oak, cumin, cardamom, black coffee, toasted nuts, chocolate, plum and a subtle peaty touch.

Made in Nicaragua, the Plasencia Year of the Horse 2026 presents an organically grown Nicaraguan wrapper from Jalapa, a Nicaraguan binder and a filler made from a blend of Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos. All the leaves are grown and aged by the Plasencia family, and each cigar head is finished with a braid sealed with a double pañuelo, requiring three experienced rollers and precise humidity control. The braided motif also adorns the boxed sets, produced in only 6,000 units.

The name El Año del Caballo evokes power and nobility. Visit Plasencia Year of the Horse 2026 is a Double Churchill module. It measures 178 mm in length with a diameter of 23 mm (58 mm ring).
