Control

Simply log on to our cigarquality.com website and add the products of your choice to your basket. Once you've filled your basket, simply click on the "Add to basket" button. "order and follow the instructions to enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.

1. Select the products of your choice

To add a product of your choice to the basket, choose a quantity, then click on "Add to basket". Your product will then be automatically added.

2. The basket

In the basket, you can view all the products you have selected. You can update the quantity of products and delete them if you wish. Once you've finalized your product selection, you can proceed with your order by clicking on the "Confirm order" button.

3. Place order

Once you've validated the contents of your shopping cart, you'll need to fill in the various fields on the form for billing and shipping contacts. If you have already placed an order, the fields will be pre-filled.

4. Secure payment

Once all the required information has been entered so that we can process your order, you will be redirected to a secure environment for online payment. You will need to enter your credit card information.

5. Confirmation of your order

As soon as your payment details have been verified, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Please note that delivery times are based on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, it often happens that the suppliers themselves are unable to meet their deadlines and delay delivery.

If we receive the products earlier than expected, we will send them to you as soon as possible.

Payment

1. By credit card

Giving your credit card number on the Internet is safe if you do it in a secure procedure, as we offer on our site, having adopted the highest security principles. Payment by credit card is handled by official service providers recognized for their reliability in Internet transactions. The transaction between the customer and the payment provider is totally secure and encrypted (3D Secure + SSL). 3. Payment by bank transfer

Bank transfer is another payment method offered by Cigarquality. Please use the information below to make your transfer. We remind you that your order will only be processed upon receipt of your payment, which takes several days (4 to 5 working days) due to bank delays. Your order will be cancelled if your bank transfer is received later than the above-mentioned times.

Please use your order number as the transfer reference.

Shipping - Delivery

Yes, orders are sent by post from Switzerland.

Depending on the choice of payment provider, delivery will only be made in Switzerland and will be handled by a third-party service provider domiciled in Switzerland. This company will contact you to take charge of your order.

For products in stock :

The item is in stock and ready for shipment. You will receive your order within :
For Switzerland : 2 to 3 working days.
For Europe : 5 to 10 working days (including customs inspection).
For the rest of the world: 15 to 20 working days (including customs inspection).

These conditions are valid when the situation in the country of dispatch and receipt as well as the international geopolitical situation are stable. In all other cases, our company cannot be held liable for the above deadlines.

Return - exchange and refund

The customer has the option of returning a product that does not suit him/her at his/her own expense. Returned products must be in perfect condition and undamaged after receipt of the order by the customer. We would like to draw the customer's attention to the fact that as soon as the parcel has been delivered by the delivery service provider, it must be in perfect condition, the customer is responsible to 100% for the merchandise, which becomes his property.

The customer is obliged to pay the shipping costs for the return of the goods as well as for their reshipment.
