Semblable au Rhum Agricole de la Martinique et de la Guadeloupe, le rhum Arcane Extraroma Grand Amber n&rsquo;est pas fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; partir de m&eacute;lasse, mais de jus de canne &agrave; sucre fra&icirc;chement press&eacute;, puis ferment&eacute;. Le rhum fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; partir de jus de canne &agrave; sucre est g&eacute;n&eacute;ralement plus fruit&eacute; que les rhums de m&eacute;lasse, qui repr&eacute;sentent environ 90% du march&eacute;.
